He's already won more titles and races than Clark so what will that prove? By that logic Alonso was better than Clark as he won more races and the same number of titles. In any discussion I have ever read or program I have ever watched discussing the Greatest F1 drivers Clark is always in the top 5, usually in the top three and sometimes top.

Hamiltons car has been easily the best car in the field for the last 4 seasons, and his team mate beat him in 2016, no team mate ever got near Clark.
As far as minerals are concerned, cars like the Lotus 49 were doing over 180 mph, on narrower treaded tyres, no downforce, shit brakes and zero crash protection. Drivers were getting killed every month

Nobody who knows anything about F! would put Hamilton in the same league as Clark. An argument could be made for Vettel or Alonso being as good as Hamilton, If you've read any history on F1 Clark was peerless, all his contemporaries knew it.

Actually I agree with Hairy on this.
Hamilton is by far the best Driver on the F1 circuit today, has won more Grand Prix's than any other Brit, can handle his car at top speed in the rain better than anyone I have ever seen.
Considering todays F1 cars go 0-62 mph in under 2 seconds and can hit a top speed of over 200 MPH, you gotta say the man has the minerals that many on here don't.
I watch Formula 1, i agree some races are boring like Monaco for example because its practically impossible to overtake anyone on the narrow circuit, but the Russian Grand Prix especially the start and Canadian Grand Prix are good circuits to race on.
To race at these speeds for 2 hours in all weather conditions when you are inches away from other drivers is impressive.
Fair play to Lewis, he's the best at what he does and personally I like him. He seems pretty humble and likable to me. I look forward to watching him win more championships and would love to see him surpass Schumackers win total one day.
